1. General provisions:
1.1. The open creative project "International Creative Workshop" is held to develop the spirituality of the younger generation, preserve the musical traditions of multinational musical art, further develop cultural heritage, popularize academic art, improve the professional skills of teachers in art institutions, and form high aesthetic needs in the younger generation.
1.2. The project "International Creative Workshop" will include the VIII International Music Competition "Talents of the World", professional development courses, master classes, creative meetings, presentations, open lessons, and round tables.
1.3. Leading teachers of art schools, higher educational institutions, well-known performers, prominent figures in musical art, and composers are invited to participate in the "International Creative Workshop" project.
2. Founders and organizers:
2.1 The founders of the project are Odesa School of Arts № 4, Fundacja Inicjatywy Artystyczne "UNISSON" (Poland), Państwowa Szkoła Muzyczna I i II stopnia im. Wandy Kossakowej, Sanok, Poland.
2.2 The project and competition organizing committee includes:

3. The purpose and objectives of the project:
3.1 Cooperation with art education institutions at the international level.
3.2 Participation in the implementation of international, particularly art and art-education projects and programs, involving foreign specialists in conducting master classes and other forms of educational and artistic activities.
3.3 Mutual enrichment of creative art schools and exchange of pedagogical experience, discussion of pedagogical problems, and professional development of staff aimed at improving the quality of initial art education.
3.4 Strengthening international ties among students and teachers of art schools.
3.5 Popularization of European values.
3.6 Enriching the repertoire with works by contemporary composers.
4. Terms and conditions:
4.1 The Eighth Project "International Creative Workshop" will be held from May 6 to May 9, 2026, in Sanok, Poland.
4.2 The event is held once a year.
4.3 Teachers, pupils, and students of higher music institutions, professional art colleges, music lyceums, art schools, and specialized music schools are invited to participate in the project.
4.4 The composition of specialists who will conduct master classes, presentations, and round tables is approved by the Founders.
4.5 The application for participation in the project is filled out on the competition website https://www.talentsoftheworld.net/ by April 15. The work of a composer from the participant's country must be provided in electronic form.
4.6 We draw special attention to the inadmissibility of using works by Russian composers in the competition program.
4.7 Participants are not allowed to repeat their own programs from previous years.
4.8 Grand Prix winners of the previous competition are not allowed to participate in the same age category.

CONDITIONS
The purpose and main tasks of the competition:

Identifying and supporting young performers.

Cooperating with art education institutions at the international level.

Enhancing performance competencies.
-
Participating in the implementation of international, specifically art and art education projects and programs, by involving foreign specialists in conducting master classes and other forms of educational and artistic activity.

Implementing activities for the exchange of pedagogical experience, resolving educational issues, and improving the qualification level of staff aimed at enhancing the quality of initial art education.

Strengthening international relations among competition participants.

Promoting the works of classical and contemporary composers.
Conditions:
The competition is held in 3 rounds:

Round I takes place remotely (online).
-
Rounds II and III take place offline, with online participation possible.
All pieces must be performed by heart (from memory). Changes to the declared program are not permitted.

INSTRUMENTAL ENSEMBLES (ETHNO DIRECTION)
Free program, with a duration of up to 10 minutes.
Winners of Round I receive confirmation for participation in Round II, while the rest receive diplomas for participation in the competition.
Performance duration in Round II:

Debut and I Category – up to 5 minutes.

II Category – up to 10 minutes.
-
III, IV, V Categories – up to 12 minutes.
Round III: Participants from Round II who scored the highest number of points (95-100) compete in Round III for the opportunity to receive the GRAND PRIX. One piece of the participant's choice is performed.
To participate in the competition, an application must be completed on the competition website https://www.talentsoftheworld.net/, attaching a document confirming the participant's age and a video for participation in Round I. Applications close at 23:59 on April 15, 2026. The sheet music for the piece by the composer from the participant's home country must be provided in an electronic format.
Program and Project Dates
May 6 to May 9, 2026 in Sanok, Poland:

Day I – solemn opening of the project, competitive auditions of the second round (II round)

Day II, Day III – competitive auditions of the second round (II round)

Day IV – competitive audition of the third round (III round) and awarding of the competition winners
A lecture-concert by the famous organist and harpsichordist Andriy Prakht (Denmark) is planned as part of the project.
Competition Jury:
-
The competition jury consists of leading professors and composers who are representatives of the participating countries of the event; not less than 3 countries.

The Jury is approved by the Founders.
-
The Jury and the organizers of the competition provide certificates to all participants of the art and educational events.

Competition winners are determined by the decision of the Jury using a 100-point evaluation system:

95-100 – GRAND PRIX

90-94 – First Degree Laureate
-
85-89 – Second Degree Laureate
-
80-84 – Third Degree Laureate
-
79 – Diploma for participation

Awards and Prizes
-
All competition participants receive diplomas.

Competition Laureates receive winner certificates and commemorative souvenirs.

Teachers of the project participants receive a certificate of the corresponding sample.
-
The Jury reserves the right not to award diplomas of a certain degree or the Grand Prix.
Financial Conditions of the Project
-
The project and the competition are financed by sponsorships and voluntary contributions.
-
Participants of Round I in all nominations pay a fee of 500 hryvnias (UAH), and foreign participants pay 20 euros (€). Payment details are sent in response after the application form is completed.

A 50% discount is applied for participation in an additional solo nomination; the discount does not apply to ensemble nominations.
-
A portion of the funds will be transferred to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine (ZSU).

Expenses for travel, accommodation, meals, and business trips for participants and accompanying persons are covered by the sending party or at the participants' expense.

The Organizing Committee provides assistance with accommodation for participants from other cities of Ukraine and European countries.
